Shipping policy
1. Shipping Provider
Lumera Glow SA uses Aramex Store-to-Door Courier Services for deliveries within South Africa.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time:
- 8–11 business days from the date payment is confirmed.
Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Rural or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.
3. Delays and Courier Issues
While Lumera Glow SA works closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High courier volumes
- Strikes or civil unrest
- Incorrect delivery information
- Remote delivery locations
- Operational courier delays
Lumera Glow SA will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted under South African law.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delayed shipments.
4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Delivery information is complete and accurate
- Contact details are correct at checkout
Lumera Glow SA will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to Lumera Glow SA due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect address details
- Refusal of delivery
the customer may be responsible for additional re-shipping fees.
6. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment progress directly through the courier tracking system.
7. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided delivery address.
Ownership of goods remains with Lumera Glow SA until full payment has been received.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify Lumera Glow SA within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs of the packaging and products where possible.
Failure to report issues within a reasonable period may affect the ability to process claims with the courier.
